Prenatal Yoga Essential Series

Calling Mothers-to-be! Join us for this 8-week series to build strength and resilience, connect deeply with your baby, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Each session will consist of yoga postures and breathwork centered around a theme. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Class 2: Energizing the Body and Mind
Class 3: Golden Thread Breath and Pelvic Floor Awareness
Class 4: Clarity, Focus, and Restful Sleep
Class 5: Heart Connection and Loving-Kindness
Class 6: Embracing Change and Nurturing Trust
Class 7: Preparing for Birth with Strength and Confidence
Class 8: Celebration of the Journey
