Prenatal Yoga Essential Series
Calling Mothers-to-be! Join us for this 8-week series to build strength and resilience, connect deeply with your baby, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Each session will consist of yoga postures and breathwork centered around a theme. No prior yoga experience is needed.

- 8 Saturdays: 2/28, 3/7, 3/14, 3/20*, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/17* (*held on Friday)

Postnatal Yoga: A 10-Week Journey to Rebuild, Restore, and Thrive
Welcome to Reclaim Your Strength, a transformative 10-week series designed to empower new mothers as they rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies after giving birth.
What to Expect:
Each week, you’ll explore a carefully designed blend of yoga, Pilates, and strength training that progressively builds your stamina, reconnects you with your body, and helps you feel strong again. From pelvic floor work to core strengthening, breathwork to deep relaxation, each class is thoughtfully crafted to support your postpartum journey.

Who Should Attend?
This series is for any new mother who has been cleared by her healthcare provider to exercise and is ready to rebuild strength thoughtfully and safely. No previous yoga or Pilates experience is required.
- 10-week series on 3/7, 3/14, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/23, 5/30
- Saturdays from 1:30 pm-2:30 pm
- $230 for 10-week series ($23/class) or $30/class
