Please check on the schedule for the current offerings – including some new times/dates!!  Click the  “details” under the class description for the ZOOM log in and be sure to “sign up” in advance for the in-person spots.

New members:  If you are new to the studio, take advantage of our introductory special of $30 for unlimited classes for 30 consecutive days.  Please fill out the waiver and send it to us before you begin.
Current members: If you have trouble logging into your MBZ account, please call/text 510-252-1193 for assistance.  We hope you will continue to purchase your unlimited monthly pass, 10 packs or drop-ins.  If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us; we will work something out.

Conveniently located in Fremont, CA, Mind Body Zone provides the best in yoga and pilates classes and is easily accessible to residents in Newark, Union City, Hayward, San Jose, Milpitas, Pleasanton, and Sunol.

Led by our experienced instructors, we offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels of practice; such as vinyasa, hatha, gentle yoga and prenatal. To deepen your practice, we offer regular Workshops throughout the year. In addition, we are a full service Pilates studio and offer mat pilates classes, reformer classes and private sessions. As a Registered Yoga School (RYS), we offer a 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Program. This program is for those who want to learn more about yoga and deepen their personal practice or for those interested in pursuing a career as a yoga instructor. After successful completion of all 200 hours and corresponding work, one is eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

In addition, Mind Body Zone offers personal training, body sculpting, private yoga and pilates instruction, state-of-the-art equipment, unique workshops, and east and west healing modalities that are designed to inspire you towards personal growth and perfect health. Set in a tranquil, clean, and supportive environment, this East Bay studio inspires renewal in your everyday lives.

WORKSHOP: Meditation on the Yoga Sutras


Build the foundations of a fruitful meditation practice as you explore yoga philosophy in the spiritual community. In each hour-long class (held via Zoom), we’ll deeply explore one or more essential passages from the Yoga Sutras, then take that concept into our meditation practice. A short meditation at the beginning of class and a longer meditation at the end will work with aspects of seated meditation, such as posture, breathwork, and mental focus.
4-session series, open to all levels of experience. The dates are:
Oct 17, 2020 5:00-6:00pm
Nov 14, 2020 5:00-6:00pm
Dec 12, 2020 5:00-6:00pm
Feb. 20, 2021 5:00-6:00pm

Cost: Sliding scale $40-$60 for the entire 4 class series. Pay what feels comfortable for you. Or pay $15-20 drop-in per class. Cash, check and Zelle (account 510-252-1193) are accepted.

ZOOM Yoga I with Jagbir Kang
This class has a unique synergy of body and breathwork, with special attention to flexibility in muscles and of mind. This practice not only stretches and strengthens the body but quiets the mind. Students leave feeling rejuvenated and rested. Bring your mat, blocks or stack of books, chair without wheels, pillows, blankets/towel, belt/strap/scarf and your desire to rejuvenate!
