By utilizing your cardiovascular system and gaining muscle you increase your endurance, strength and agility.  Create a well rounded fitness regime by adding any or all of our fitness classes to our yoga and pilates classes.

Styles

Body sculpting is a stretching, strength training and cardio class that utilizes stability balls, bands and other smaller apparatus to tone and sculpt the body. 

Bootcamp is a one hour cardio, fat burning workout. This high intensity class was designed to shed calories, and tone your body. It will build a stronger, leaner, and healthier you. 

Cardio Boxing is a one hour cardio, fat burning workout. This high intensity class was designed to shed calories, and tone your body. It will build a stronger, leaner, and healthier you.

Circuit is a 30 minute full body workout catering to those with a hectic schedule but want a great workout or those just beginning a fitness program.   It consists of multiple exercise stations that are performed in one minute intervals. It's fun as well as challenging.
