Step 2
Scores: Receive your personal Scores for each of the 5 Essential Elements of Wellness: Weight Management, Prevention, Stress Relief, Nutrition, Peak Performance. To have a Healthy Balanced Lifestyle one must embody a portion of each element. Through this questionnaire, you will discover your strengths as well as the areas of your life which you are most motivated to change. At MBZ, we have all of the solutions waiting for you.
Step 3
Personal Wellness Plan: Create 3-5 simple wellness action steps in the areas at MBZ that will address the area in your life that you are most motivated to change. The plan is based on our philosophy of small steps for daily lifestyle transformations.
Step 4
Steps to Lifestyle Transformations: Utilize a suite of exclusive programs at MBZ to include:7 Day Lifestyle Balancing Program, 9 Day Wellness Experience, 14 Day Balanced Nutrition,21 Day Fitness Challenge, 28 Day Anti-Aging Program, 40 Day Inner Sanctuary Healing Program that will help you get clear and focused so that you can successfully implement your Personal Wellness Plan for 2009 and obtain a lifestyle in balance forwarding the 5 Essential Elements of Wellness.
